PROFESSIONAL RESPONDER TRAINING
We offer Professional Responder training that follow the National Occupational Competency Profiles (NOCP) as defined by the Paramedic Association of Canada. Professional Students will learn and demonstrate all pre-hospital care knowledge and skills needed to provide appropriate patient assessments, interventions, and on-going care, including the transportation of a patient to a healthcare facility.

In Canada it is a legal requirement to have employees trained in first aid. Generally, workplaces fall under the local provincial workplace health and safety legislation, companies federally incorporated fall under the Canada Labour Code. All employers covered by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Act (WSIA) must follow the first aid requirements in Regulation 1101 (PDF).
